Chief Executive Officer
Gural Eryasar is an accomplished Industrial and Systems Engineer with over two decades of experience across engineering, telecommunications, and construction industries.His career began at the prestigious Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK), where he contributed to a major World Bank project and received a national TUBITAK award in 1999 for his efforts.
Following his role as a Project Engineer at IKSA Construction on government contracts, Gural relocated to Australia in 2005 to broaden his professional and personal horizons. In 2012, he founded ATIZ Group, marking his entry into the telecommunications sector through contracts with NBN and Telstra.
By 2014, he launched OMG Group, which played a key role in Australia's HFC rollout through major contractors such as Broadspectrum, Lendlease, Downer, and Visionstream. Under his leadership, OMG Group rapidly expanded to over 200 staff and contractors across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Tasmania, and also completed fiber fusion splicing work in New Zealand.
In 2018, Gural reactivated ATIZ Group, leading its evolution into a Tier 2 construction company focused on government contracts in Sydney. The company has since grown significantly, opening a second office in Adelaide in 2024 and a third in Malaysia in 2025. Most recently, ATIZ Group secured a key government tender under the Energy Efficiency Program, playing an instrumental role in Australia’s transition to green energy.

Mustafa brings over two decades of extensive experience in construction, maintenance, and property development to his executive leadership roles at ATIZ, where he serves as Chief Operating Officer, National Manager, and Board Director. He plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the company while ensuring operational excellence across all business units.
His professional background includes senior leadership roles such as Senior Project Manager at Spotless Facility Services and Technical Manager at Bridge Housing. In each of these positions, Mustafa has demonstrated a strong ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Known for his hands-on, detail-oriented leadership style, Mustafa brings a practical approach to problem-solving and decision-making. His core strengths lie in risk management, commercial strategy, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement. These skills have enabled him to consistently deliver measurable results, particularly in high-stakes environments.
Over the course of his career, Mustafa has overseen a diverse range of large-scale initiatives, including individual development projects valued at up to $6 million, onstruction portfolios totaling $11 million, and national maintenance programs exceeding $30 million. Mustafa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management and maintains Builder’s Qualifications and Building Practitioner Licenses across New South Wales, South Australia, and Victoria. Caglar Eryasar
Operation Manager
Caglar Eryasar is an accomplished Operating Manager and shareholder at ATIZ Group, combining strong project management expertise with a solid foundation in business strategy and operations. After completing his degree in Business Management, Caglar moved to the United Kingdom where he launched and successfully operated his own renovation and maintenance company. Over six years, he delivered a wide range of residential projects, gaining valuable experience in contractor coordination, budgeting, client relations, and end-to-end project management.
In 2019, driven by the desire for new challenges and to further expand his capabilities, Caglar relocated to Australia and joined ATIZ Group as both a Project Manager and shareholder. His entrepreneurial mindset, combined with his strong leadership and communication skills, quickly established him as a trusted and integral part of the company’s executive team.
Now serving as Operating Manager, Caglar leads multiple projects and teams, ensuring all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. He plays a pivotal role in aligning project goals with long-term business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Caglar is known for his proactive problem-solving, strategic planning, and ability to bring clarity and structure to complex operations. Kadir Kocalar is a highly experienced leader in the Australian construction industry, with over 20 years’ expertise across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. With a strong foundation in carpentry and specialized knowledge in structural walling and waterproofing, Kadir has built a career marked by operational excellence, strategic leadership, and successful project delivery.
Starting as a carpenter, he quickly demonstrated technical precision and problem-solving skills that led to leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving project performance in diverse environments.
As Project Manager at Spotless Facility Services, Kadir oversaw maintenance for common areas across more than 500 properties, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality while managing subcontractors, budgets, and schedules efficiently.He later served as National Installation Services Manager at Dincel Structural Walling, leading a national team responsible for technical training, contractor support, and installation quality assurance. His leadership improved product adoption, reduced on-site risks, and streamlined project timelines, contributing to business growth. Aysenur is a skilled architecture and construction management professional with a Bachelor of Architecture from Akdeniz University and a Master’s (Honours) from Swinburne University of Technology. In 2024, she received the Academic Excellence Award from the Australian Cost Engineering Society. Aysenur has 2 years of experience as a Junior Architect at Senel Architecture, where she gained experience in design and compliance, and 2 years of experience as an Assistant Estimator at Multi Formwork, with the scope of work, including quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, and tender preparation.
At Atiz, Aysenur manages the architectural department, coordinating schedules and resources. She maintains documentation, tracks progress, and supports administrative tasks with the admin team to ensure timely project delivery. With strong organizational and problem-solving skills, she drives compliance and project success.
