ATIZ Group is a trusted delivery partner for the $175 million Social Housing Energy Performance Initiative (SHEPI), a joint program by the NSW and Commonwealth Governments. The project aims to upgrade the energy efficiency of over 24,000 social housing properties across New South Wales by 2027. ATIZ Group is responsible for delivering key installations, including reverse-cycle air conditioning units and ceiling insulation, to improve thermal comfort and reduce energy costs.
