Five Dock Residence - Building the Future of Residential Living
Rising in the heart of Five Dock, this contemporary residence represents a refined balance between architectural innovation and modern coastal living. Currently under construction, the project showcases a bold yet timeless design defined by sculptural forms, natural materials, and seamless indoor–outdoor connection.
The architecture is distinguished by its signature curved walls, softening the building’s geometry while creating a dynamic visual flow across the façade. These curved concrete elements introduce movement and elegance, contrasting beautifully with clean horizontal lines and warm timber detailing.
Expansive glazing maximises natural light and enhances spatial openness, while carefully selected materials — including textured concrete, natural stone, and vertical timber battens — deliver depth, warmth, and durability suited to contemporary Australian living.
Outdoor spaces are thoughtfully integrated into the design, featuring elevated terraces, landscaped edges, and a private pool that extends the living experience beyond the interior. Every element has been considered to achieve harmony between form, function, and lifestyle.
Five Dock Residence reflects a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and forward-thinking residential design — a project where architecture becomes both a statement and a sanctuary.
